You may cancel your participation up to and including 21 October for a full refund.

From 22 October onward, refunds, credits, or transfers will no longer be possible, as preparations will already be underway.
2. Cancellation by Organizer

If the workshop is canceled by Brand Aid, a full refund will be issued by 31 October.
